If you have not yet checked to see if your business must comply with the FACTA Identity Theft Red Flag Rules, now is the time to do it. All financial institutions should be in compliance by the mandatory deadline date of November 1 2008. I would suggest a visit to the FTC website on Complying with the GLB Safeguard Rules

If you have to comply with these rules assume you must also need to comply with the Red Flags Rule.
